OPERATION MANAGER : Management of company’s workload plan: 5300 people – 42 entities
· Cross-functional management: Team of 25 operation managers and 200 users
· Planning and meeting management

· Reporting of workload plan for Operation Management Direction

PROJECT MANAGER : Video monitoring Project - 300 K€ (Air Force Project)
· Management of installation deployment: 6 sites and servers, 50 cameras through military network
· Preparation, scheduling, risk prevention, strong customer relation
· Management of subcontractors and suppliers
· Promoting Thales’ solutions and customers’ needs reporting
SYSTEMS ENGINEER : Video-conference Project – 20 M€ (Land and Navy Force Projects)
· Monitoring of integration, validation and qualification processes (200 fixed and tactical systems)
· Regular workshops attendance searching new technologies to meet customers’ needs and requirements
· INTERNATIONAL EXPERTISE AND UNDERSTANDING:
