2014 - 2016Le Château de La Castille est un domaine viticole de 160 hectares situé dans le Var en AOP Côtes de Provence (50 Ha) et IGP Vin de Pays du Var (110 Ha). Quatrième plus gros domaine du département, nous produisons de 10000 à 12000 hectolitres de vin par an (60% de rosé, 35% de rouge et 5% de blanc avec 22 cépages différents).
- Travaux de cave de la réception de la vendange à la mise en bouteille. Vinifications, assemblages, filtrations.
- Entretien et travaux du vignoble: taille, palissage, traitements.
- Visites de cave., dégustations.
