En résumé

After graduating from an Engineering school (Arts et Métiers ParisTech, France) and a Business school (IAE, France), I participated in the design and the development of a Lean cluster (training, networking, applied research) with 7 different organizations (industrials and academics) for 2 years. I obtained my PhD from Université Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne I at the Department of Information & Operations Management, ESCP Europe and at the LCFC, Arts et Métiers ParisTech. I am now a Faculty Lecturer at Ecole Centrale Marseille and conducts research in Operations, Industrial Organization and Human Resources at CERGAM. My most recent publications are 'L’évolution historique d’un système Lean : le cas du Groupe PSA' and 'The human dimension of Lean: a literature review'

     Contribution to continuous improvement initiatives (Visual Management, Problem Solving, Standardization) and to the Citroën Advisor study (Voice of the customer) within the sales department;
     Participation in continuous improvement activities within the industrial and R&D departments (definition of lean competencies, workshops, work analysis, audit);

    Paris 2012 - 2013 Project development of an Operational Excellence center. Activities coordination of the learning factory :
     Training content design (Lean and Supply Chain Management);
     Definition of business model, governance model and external communication plan
     Animation of the project team and stakeholders (academic and industrial)
     Preparation of the official launch of the training, diagnosis and support activities.

  • Stmicroelectronics - Assistant Lean Program Manager - Fonctions Centrales

    Montrouge 2011 - 2012 Project Manager: Operational Excellence center deployment in Aix en Provence (France), innovative training center based on Learning by Doing trainings (Lean simulated plant). Definition and design of the learning factory project :
     Need analysis of the regional actors (30 organizations), Benchmark of existing structures, identification of the axes of work and construction of the offer;
     Development of the business plan, planning of tasks and follow-up in the execution;
     Design of the learning factory, its environment and its processes.
     Team guidance and coordination of business members

    This cluster regroups 7 partners : STMicroelectronics, Airbus Helicopter, Daher, Bonnans, Arts et Métiers ParisTech, Centrale Marseille and AFPI.
