  Montrouge 2011 - 2012 Project Manager: Operational Excellence center deployment in Aix en Provence (France), innovative training center based on Learning by Doing trainings (Lean simulated plant). Definition and design of the learning factory project :
   Need analysis of the regional actors (30 organizations), Benchmark of existing structures, identification of the axes of work and construction of the offer;
   Development of the business plan, planning of tasks and follow-up in the execution;
   Design of the learning factory, its environment and its processes.
   Team guidance and coordination of business members
  
  This cluster regroups 7 partners : STMicroelectronics, Airbus Helicopter, Daher, Bonnans, Arts et Métiers ParisTech, Centrale Marseille and AFPI.
