En résumé

Since March 2015, I’m working on the A350 XWB Program as POEA support to Final Assembly Line (FAL), especially for the supplier ZAST.
From the concept phase right up to Type Certification and Entry into Service, I have had the opportunity to have an overview of a complex company organization and to closely work with numerous departments.
This on-going experience is given me the opportunity to increase my expertise in the production of modern aircraft.
It also allows me to increase my engineering skills in terms of coordination, organization and innovation.

    Gestion des sujets Qualité avion, du suivi à l’attestation, et des travaux restants - Coordination des interventions fournisseurs en lien avec la production - Mise en place d’actions d’amélioration continue chez les fournisseurs en collaboration avec les Supply Officer Managers

    Acting as a Change Leader, I'm in charge of:

    - Leading electrical equipment evolutions
    - Managing the associated change request up to the decision to implement it on the aircraft
    - Writing technical dossier of modifications
    - Updating the product structure of the aircraft

    - CM (Configuration baseline, modification breakdown, modification closure)
    - Coordination (daily priorities management, efficiency in a fast-paced environment)
    - Technical writing skills (operational adaptation of general procedures through policy notes and guidelines)
    - Awareness on the project management (aircraft milestones monitoring, risk & opportunity management)
    - Aircraft technical knowledge (weekly review with systems architects and electrical designers)
    - Manufacturing knowledge (definition of processes to retrofit the equipment on aircraft)
