- Identifying any opportunities on the luxury resort and leisure markets and develop recommendations accordingly to enhance guest experience (with a focus on digital and improved e-commerce capabilities) and M&A pipeline to grow our portfolio of brands and properties
- Originating the CRM strategy (on going work) to ensure more targeted marketing initiatives and in-hotel personalised experiences
