    ► relocation of depilators production, along with the launch of a full new range : in charge of cost reduction
    (-20% through re-engineering+ externalization of subassemblies to competitive subcontractors)
    * proposed a new accessory to be set on the depilator (skin exfoliation) = volumes x3 / 3 years

    Mission & results : lead project teams (15/20 people, from style design to engineering and production means)
    Brands : Calor, Rowenta, TEFAL, Moulinex. Depilators then irons and steam stations (boilers, electronics)
    Coordination of product definition (Computer Assisted Design, technical studies, quotations with suppliers,
    industrial operations) till ready for stabilized mass production at Quality/Cost/Delivery time target.
