This work as part of the maintenance department consisted in maintaining the continuous cristal production from hot work to cold work.
The time constrains to maintain cristal fusion (30 min maximum before production loss and complete oven reconstruction) allowed to develop pragmatic approach, synthesis and effective response. Implementation of the reliability plan register, drawings update.

That work was part of my Bachelor Degree exam. The chosen technology at this time was to develop under macromedia Dreamweaver SX and Flash. The platform program started and the structure was ready in less than 2 weeks. Lots of graphic improvement have been implemented during next months and the website was online successfully. Due to the internet speed at this time, I've developed a lighter version with less graphic animation.

This Training period during BTEC Nat. take place in Peterlee (Newcastle upon Tyne area - UK) for a foreign exchange experience.
I've been placed in the commissioning of a cage folding and welding machine for IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container.)
As well, as part of the maintenance activities, I had to perform planed IBC mold replacement on production units, and replace a hot runner on the plastic injection unit.
