Technique | Molsheim (67120)2021 - 2023Within the framework of the R&D activity, the context turns around the detection of contaminant in the pharmaceutical/agricultural sector with a system of image processing in a development cycle in AGILE.
I brought a support function for two projects at several levels: check the delivery and supply times of the parts, make proofread and or approve the specifications, write the risks and associated action plans.
• Create and send JAMA Reviews of Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications, Test Cases, Risks, and Test Action Plans in collaboration with stakeholders
• Create, complete and evaluate Product Risks on design and application in JAMA during project development
• Create, complete and evaluate the Action Plans associated with the Design and Application Risks in JAMA during the development of the project
• Provide support in writing specifications
• Write technical documents in CARA Mango
• Follow the evolution of the creation and management of Functional Specifications (FS), Technical Specifications (TS), Test Cases (TC) workflows in JAMA
• Present progress via KPIs during weekly meetings
• Follow up with Merck and subcontractors for the writing of specifications in conference calls
• Follow the evolution of supplies and deliveries with the suppliers (Supply Check)
Technique | Strasbourg (67000)2021 - 2021I had the opportunity to work as System Engineer on the Urbalis Fluence project (or Urbalis 500) as System Engineer.
OBJECTIVES
• As part of System Engineer Team I had to verify the correct implementation of EMIL code according to the requirements
• Compare the requirements written in the word specification with its implementation in blocs functions in EMIL editor
• Comment each requirement not pass by selecting different rules: naming, connection, addition or a deletion of a component non mentioned in the specification, rule about the binary condition TRUE
or FALSE, rule of traceability: noncompliance with the number of the specification and others
• Redo the verification when the baseline source changes: changed requirements and or the code
• Write some good practices guidelines about the verification part to work in continuous improvement for the Clearsy Team:
○ Guidelines to have a better integration on the project to make each system engineer work in the same way, have the same writing rules to let the files understandable by everyone
○ Facilitate training sessions about specific verification topics in conference call (Clearsy Team is located in Strasbourg, Lyon, Paris and Aix-En-Provence)
○ Read and correction raw files of the beginners System Engineers
