- I support and defend Total Group’s interests in these two companies, ensure alignment with our top management objective and permanently seek for enhancing the value of these subsidiaries towards our Mother Company.
- Provide and manage marketing, legal, tax, financial and technical workshops in order to help the decision making processes, and offer recommendations to the Board of directors.

COURBEVOIE2002 - 2005- India: In charge of developing and launching new Gas and Power projects, with the objective to find in India outlets for Total Group’s upstream gas production.
- Japan: In charge of promoting a new fuel called “DME” (di-methyl Ether).
- Managed the in-house economists, finance and tax experts and was in charge of the (external) auditing team for the acquisition of a 26% stake in a $700 million LNG receiving terminal in India (located in Hazira, Gujarat).
- Have pitched and obtained the investment decision for the construction & operation (through a locally operating company) of a $70 million - 125 000 cubic meters underground LPG storage cavern in South-East India.
- Developed strategies and techno-economic studies for the development of DME in appropriate countries and market segments.
