Ingenieur generaliste EPF ayant suivit une option Ingenierie d'affaire et de projet, j'ai choisi ma position d'analyste fonctionnel chez Amadeus en Mai 2001 à la suite d’un stage de 6 mois dans cette entreprise. Amadeus est un des acteurs majeurs dans l'industrie du voyage. Depuis lors, j'ai travaillé sur le projet Altea qui est le système d’inventaire actuellement utilise par British Airways et Qantas. J'ai contribué à l'analyse de l'impact d'Altea sur le système de réservation d'Amadeus. J'ai acquis de nombreuses connaissances fonctionnelle et techniques sur le système d’inventaire et de distribution d'Amadeus. J'ai également appris beaucoup sur les méthodes de travail dans une organisation matricielle conséquentes, sur la valeur du travail en équipe dans un contexte multiculturel, l’écoute des clients et la gestion des ressources.

J'ai joint mon équipe actuelle en août 2003 en tant que responsable de projets. Pendant les dernières années j'ai travaillé à l'implémentation des produits de distribution Amadeus. J’ai donc au cours des dernières années collabore avec de nombreuses Compagnies aériennes (Emirates, Singapore Airlines, Alitalia, Delta Airlines, KLM, US Airways…) ainsi que la plupart des systèmes concurrencent Amadeus (Sabre, Worldspan, Galilleo, Sita Gabriel…). Mon niveau d’anglais avancé m’a permis de mener ces projets de manière conviviale et les compagnies aériennes ont beaucoup apprécié mon travail. Ayant une précédente expérience dans une compagnie aérienne (Air Tahiti), j'ai apprécié le contact avec ces professionnels. Certaines de ces réalisations m’on amené à travailler avec des compagnie « Low Cost » et a adapter les produits Amadeus a ce modèle économique. En définitif, ce travail m’offre une grande visibilité sur le système de réservation Amadeus, ses clients ainsi que ses concurrents.

De mon point de vue, j'ai démontré pendant ces années, une bonne appréhension des besoins des Compagnies aériennes ainsi que des agences de voyage. J'ai également démontré ma capacité à travailler sur plusieurs projets en parallèle. J’apprécie le travail quand il implique le contact client. Aujourd'hui, je suis à la recherche d’une position marketing ou de prospection commerciale motivante qui me permette de faire fructifier mes connaissances et mon goût pour la communication dans un contexte international.
