    2010 - 2013 In charge of planning, procurement and logistics functions of the unit. Ensure unit's on-time delivery performance and unit’s inventories levels.

    - Planning Functions responsabilities:
    Manage, implement and run the Sales & Operation Planning and the Master Production Schedule processes.
    Implement a Rough Cut Capacity plan process to align factory capacity, Production Schedule & materials
    Review and report customers’ on-time deliveries performance and deliveries lead time performance at unit level. Initiate and follows action plans to ensure targeted objectives.

    - Procurement Function responsibilities:
    Implement appropriate procurement policies, processes and flows with Suppliers to keep inventory level and Procurement costs under control and in line with Unit objectives.
    Provide the Suppliers with forecasts
    Analyze requirements from MRP (Material Requirements Planning), validate Purchase Orders in line with procurement rules and parameters, communicate orders to Suppliers, and get confirmation from them and follow-up deliveries.

    - Inbound Logistics responsibilities
    Manage the physical incoming flow: reception/ warehousing/ deliveries to the line
    Ensure that there is no shortage on the production line related to logistic issue
    Organize and implements physical goods inventories

    - Outbound Logistics responsibilities
    Manage the team in charge of outgoing physical flow: dispatch/ packing/ transport
    Prepares goods/ accessories and related documents for domestic & export markets
    Organize transport and finished goods warehousing according to incoterms
    Organize planning of deliveries, according to priorities
  • AREVA T&D - AREVA T&D Production System (APS) Unit Manager

    2008 - 2009 - Pilot APS Projects from project selection to project closing with results.
    - Deploy APS Standard within the unit and ensure their Strict application
    - Develop lean competency & culture within the unit
    - Support Continuous Improvements of Processes

    I have led 2 projects with success – increase of the factory overall productivity, improvement of the on-time delivery indicator, reduction of the inventories (WIP and raw material).

    2007 - 2008 I had to promote and enforce the standardization across eight Instruments Transformers factories around the world in several fields as in Components, industrial processes and equipments, tooling, packing system...
