APICULTEUR DES BONNES PRATIQUES
Accompagnement des personnes, entreprises, institutions,...dans l'instauration de "Bonnes Pratiques" concernant la Communication Interpersonnelle. Tout comme dans une ruche, il faut à " l'entreprise " (la ruche) divers outils pour la récolter le pollen (CIP et son armada), le transformer (grâce à l'individu) et délivrer le service/produit (le miel, le nectar,...) et ce en gardant une qualité continue. La CIP est en somme la strucutre pour ne pas dire la clef de voute de cette ruche...

Notre mission est l'accompagnement des personnes, des groupes, des organisations dans leur transformation continue
L'approche que nous vous proposons est centrée sur la communication inter-personnelle et se base sur le fait que nous « regardons » les propos, processus, paradoxes,... l'existant, le mode de fonctionnement individuel et collectif. Par cette notion de « regard » nous entendons, évaluer l'écart entre ce qui est dit, ce qui se fait, se vit et s'opère.
Nous réalisons les missions avec le leitmotiv de l'excellence de l'organisation et ce dans le respect des énergies humaines, des talents et des compétences mobilisées, par le biais de techniques découlant de la sociocratie, de la méta-communication... L'avantage direct de notre approche pour votre structure est l'amélioration des processus de communication inter-personnelle et une meilleure gestion lors de conflits.
Sans compter sur le fait que la communication inter-personnelle est pour nous comme une « seconde peau », la force de notre positionnement réside dans le fait que ce n'est pas l'outil qui fait la valeur de nos intervenants, mais bien nos intervenants qui donnent leur(s) valeur(s) aux outils. De fait, la valeur ajoutée de ceux-ci réside dans leur capacité à intervenir sans devoir à tout prix développer de nouveaux outils dont vous avez nullement besoin.
Il va sans dire que pour nous toutes nos missions sont une démarche de partenariat entre l'organisation et nous. Nous prenons toujours en compte l'avis et le retour d'expérience des personnes, quel que soit le niveau hiérarchique, avant de préconiser ou d'agir et ce conformément aux fondements de la meta-communication et en accord avec un autre pilier de notre démarche, l'intelligence collective.
