Frank Toupin has 25 years of experience in the IT and Telecom Industry.
He is now in charge of the strategy and revenue for indirect channel on Public Cloud - Developing Ecosystem & Partnerships for a Sustainable Growth on the Flexible Engine Public Cloud.
Previously, he was focusing on IT/Cloud Sales for Huawei covering Data Center, Cloud Computing solutions (IaaS, PaaS, Big Data, CRM...). In parallel, he is in charge of Business Development and Strategy – developing sales revenue with Orange Account in Enterprise and Carrier domains.
Before joining Huawei, he served as Director of Marketing for Western Europe in ZTE and built compelling business value proposals for the European market. He held previously different positions within Nortel in Marketing and Product Line Management. He was notably responsible for positioning and promoting the 3G+ solution of Nortel. He began his career at the Technical Headquarter of Bouygues Telecom in charge of the GSM Infrastructure and in France Telecom as International Program Manager for the Enterprise Market.
Frank graduated from Telecom ParisTech (ENST) and holds an executive MBA from HEC.
He is also certified ITILv3 from July 2014.
