• To respect Product Launch System during all development phases.
• To be a full SDT (Simultaneous Development Team) member and an active technical proposal force.
• To define & Validate product manufacturability (assembly choice, component choice, design rules respect, best practice, RETEX) and process flow chart.
• To manage the Industrial project team (AME preparateur - Process - Equipment Manufacturing & Test – Protos) with respect to JCAE project objectives (dmH, budget, quality target) and PLUS requirements.
• To guaranty that production tools (equipements- test SW – documentation-capabilty) are available and functional in due schedule and due worldwide production sites.
• To organize/guaranty that protos will be done according to manufacturing process capability, product maturity, component availability.
• To check that the manufacturing process development and results are in conformity with Quality, capacity, cost target (AMDEC, DFA/DFM, PFMEA). To elaborate and manage corrective action plans.
• To guaranty and organize the competence and product transfert to production sites (installation, validation, maintenance & operator training), and worldwide production lines duplication if required.
• To respect environmental, safety and ergonomic rules
• To elaborate and control the industrial quote for new programs during PLUS phase 1.
