Following my graduation from the National Institut of Telecommunication (INT), i have joined Alcatel who offered me fantastic opportunities through out the world. During these 10 years I have gained the following:

- Strong experience in project management of roll out and service support of large mobile telecom programs ( > 100 MUSD and > 100 people under direct management) covering Access, Core, VAS, Terrestrial and Satellite Transmission and Civil Works

- Familiar in evolving in a multi-cultural environment through experience of deployment of Tier 1 operators in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia

    In charge of the general management of the full turnkey project for VODACOM Congo, multi BDs/Units coordination covering GSM/DCS network elements, Civil Works, Value Added Services and transmission (PDH, SDH and Satellite).

    General Manager Alcatel CIT subsidiary in Congo RDC: legal responsible of the unit, human resources plan and management and administrative tasks towards Alcatel CIT and towards the local authorities.
