    Objective: Transforming the company culture by means of adopting project management way of working
    - Coach COMEX strategic project « ALMA 2012 », stimulate design, formalization & launch of the 50 Group key projects(ALMA 2012). Consultant & coach of subsidiaries management teams for their 2012 objectives.
    - Build a Project Management training package (based on PMI standard) and promote it worldwide.
    - Deploy this PM training for Management teams in Head Office and in Asia among others. Settle regular Project Management training sessions within Air Liquide Group entities.

    Results : 400 people trained in 2006, 800 in 2007 & over 1000 in 2008 / Alignment of all 2012 strategic projects (ALMA) / Company cultural evolution is officially one of the 7 COMEX 2012 key program / CEO & VP Strategic Objectives formally request professional Project Management for all strategic projects.

    Objective: improve company competitiveness by 400 M€ (cumulated over 2005/2007)
    - Manage efficiency project portfolio for all Asian subsidiaries & Electronics Business Line,
    - Supervise Project Media and monthly content renewal: corporate Intranet, web agency, articles production, newsletters and overall project image management.
    - Knowledge Management: launch first communities of practice (CoP).

    Results : 400 M€ efficiencies achieved / Audience rating beyond target / « OPAL » brand recognized within the Group / Business Line Management teams convinced by Community of Practices (CoP) approach – STM customer satisfaction reached about Electronics CoP / Positive close out of the OPAL project end 2007.

    Company growth strategy based on a swing from a Product culture to a Services culture.

    Objectives & Missions: build a Services offer range, support it on the field and develop sales
    - 1998 – 2000: sales development for North-East of France, based on customers utilities outsourcing strategies and additional process performance commitment (based in Metz),
    - 1996 – 1998: « Beyond gases » services offer design, packaging and launch. Supportive actions with sales forces at customers, « Selling Services » training deployment within sales forces (based in Paris).

    Results : average growth of 25 to 30% p.a. (from 10 M€ in 1995 to 33,7 M€ in 2000) / Negotiations of complex high added value offers e.g. energy included compressed air, utilities & services supply chain outsourcing for key accounts such as: SOLBLANK (Arcelor/Mittal), Renault SOVAB, EDF, CORUS Steel, TOTAL, DCN… / Achieve sales figures beyond targets / Within 2 years design and implementation of a complete range of industrial services performed by regional entities / Training (200+ sales people) and support sales forces and development engineers to selling services.

    Oxygen sales development for clean & efficient combustion in Australia (aluminum, copper, lead, glass smelting)

    Objectives & Missions: industrial projects start up and new businesses development
    - Oxygen-combustion Technology transfer and local assistance to customers,
    - Liquid oxygen local sales development.

    Results : first oxygen-combustion system successfully implemented in Australia providing Customers with: substantial NOx reduction, 100% productivity improvement (melting cycle duration divided by 2 without investing new furnaces) / 2 additional contracts signed / Combustion-Oxygen market development achieved / Eventually hired by Air Liquide at the end of my civil service in Australia.
