In the past five years I have evolved to a responsible position in the quality field.
My first experience developed my awareness of the industrial reality in which human potential plays a fundamental role.
My mission station in quality helped me acquire high demanding standards using my interpersonal skills through language of conviction and discipline, which are important pluses.
The position of project manager is part of a coherent continuity.
The level of operational and managerial responsibility is actually incremented.
The logic of cost / quality / time is a major constant in the automotive field; it is through this triptych that managerial skills are beneficial.
I am passionate about the automotive industry. My high-level achievements in human resource management, progress with the ultimate target in customer satisfaction are all criteria that confirm this passion.
The greatest satisfaction for a Project Manager is to integrate the constraints of mobilizing Customer teams to unite the many functions and profiles to converge towards Clients Targets.
Since 2011 I'm teaching courses in management, quality and project management at Pole European Management and Economics Strasbourg. (PEGE)
This allows me to share my passion, knowledge and experience to highlight the tremendous human potential in economic and industrial devices.
