In a "few words", let me introduce myself...
After a Ph. D I obtained in the area of bio-organic chemistry followed by almost 2 years in Chicago US, as Postdoctoral Research Associate, I joined Galderma, a division of L’Oreal and Nestle specialized in treatments for skin conditions such as acne, rosacea and psoriasis. I valued the experience and opportunity to be leading a team of top level researchers where every day was a challenge in the search for the best methodology and outcome.
By joining Clariant I widened my scope of activities by accepting a position of LATAM technical support head in the area of polymer additives. I learned and succeed to build and maintain strong customer relationships in interdisciplinary and multicultural environments.
At Capsugel I gained a significant knowledge in the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. I supported the worldwide business of vegetarian capsules by applying my six sigma expertise which allows me to deliver high precision and accuracy in results with an excellent problem solving skills and a strong sense of scientific pragmatism.
The project leadership involved in my function includes, working deeply hands-on on project execution and overcoming obstacles, launching and managing effective teams, using good project management practices, influencing key stakeholders and successfully delivering the project through implementation.
As you can read, I have been put in many situations where I had to learn and accustom quickly to fast-paced environments. Leading multi-cultural teams and working with employees at all levels across the company strengthened my interpersonal skills and my ability to share my experience and knowledge
