En résumé

Je suis diplômée de haut niveau, Bac+5 (Master in Translation- Traduction Anglais et Français) et détentrice d'une licence ès lettres bilingues Anglais et Français.
Je peux traduire des textes politiques, juridiques, scientifiques et administratifs, ainsi que des textes de destinés au web, en principe de l'anglais vers le français. Des textes souvent complexes, portant sur tous les domaines d'activité (économique, financier, scientifique, technique, etc.).
De 2002 à ce jour, j’ai acquis, auprès du Ministère de la Condition Féminine, Direction des Impôts, Présidence de la République du Cameroun (PRC), Assemblée Nationale du Cameroun et à AES SONEL devenu Eneo respectivement, un savoir-faire en matière de traduction, auto révision et relecture des documents techniques et généraux liés aux activités propres à ces différentes instititutions.
Mes différents travaux de traduction en free-lance m’ont permis de travailler en équipe et en collaboration des organismes internationaux et nationaux tels qu’EMIDA (ONG pour l’éducation familiale), CABTAL, LIVING EARTH, EDUC ACTION pour ne citer que ceux-là. C’est au cours de ces expériences que j’ai su travailler en équipe, communiquer avec d’autres traducteurs travaillant sur les mêmes documents et harmoniser la terminologie de la mouture finale des textes traduits.
Je maîtrise parfaitement à tous égards, et notamment sur le plan stylistique, ma langue maternelle/ langue principale qui est le Français, je dispose d'une bonne connaissance des terminologies économique, financière, juridique, technique ou scientifique. J'ai la capacité de comprendre les textes rédigés dans ma langue source qui est l'Anglais et de les restituer correctement dans ma langue cible (le Français) en respectant le niveau de langue et le style correspondant à la nature du document à traduire; Je peux effectuer des recherches terminologiques et factuelles rapidement et efficacement, tant dans la langue source que dans la langue cible; Par ailleurs je maîtrise la traduction assistée par ordinateur (via TRADOS et Wordfast) et les outils terminologiques, de même que l'outil bureautique.
