  • Computer Associates - Senior Vice President and General Manager

    Puteaux 1999 - 2003 During my four years in this role, I directed global businesses of up to $750 Million revenue with staff responsibilities of up to 1000. I integrated Application and Information Management acquired businesses into a single business unit, reducing sales cost -30% and growing revenue +25% within a year. We also grew the North American Channels business +45%, by dramatically lowering channel conflicts and focusing on Value resellers.

    1996 - 1999 I served as Managing Director – France, Switzerland and Africa for this $1 Billion information management enterprise software provider. Following the acquisition of Platinum by CA for nearly $4 Billion - the largest acquisition of a software company at the time – I led an integration team within CA to achieve a record 80% employee retention level.
