  • Prosodie - Project leader

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2013 - maintenant Based on my experiences, I am in charge of the maintenance team for an important international E-Commerce website.

    Having to report regularly the status of the incidents, I have to be able to deal all over the resolution chain (from the diagnostic to the reporting even going through fixing by myself).

    In parallel, I took the lead of an international project for one of the E-Commerce website subsidiary. This part allow me to mix project management skills / technical knowledge and flexibility on an international environment. Everything included in a very challenging position in term of strategy and deadlines.

  • Sicap - France - Technical Support Expert, AIA/RUC regions responsible

    2009 - 2012 Responsible of major issues for 2 areas (Russia and Asia), I have to help regional first level support teams with my experience for major or/and unexplained issues.
    As I got an extremely sharp and deep knowledge about technical, functional en environmental deployments, I deal with varied activities as : Diagnostic support, fix conception in collaboration with development teams, communication entry point between regions and external technical teams, code review, consultant for new projects, participate to "Task Forces" to restore customer confidence, trainer for new employee in different positions.
    This last experience allowed me to move in Asia (Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur) 3 months to train 1st Level support and IDE team.
    My previous Project Leader experience allow me to realise by my own some "Small Projects" (being faster and cheaper).

  • Sicap-France - Delivery Project Leader

    2006 - 2009 Being in charge of development team between 2 and 5 peoples, I was in charge of the customer needs writing, specifications realisation, project following and final delivery.
    Being in continuous contact with customers and support teams all around the world, I have to do a clear and comprehensive English writing or orally communication. Using my social skills to cultivate good relations (but keeping them professional) with my colleagues and customers.
    Often integrated into emergency "Task Forces" I learned how to manage stressful situation.

  • Sicap AG - Analyst developer

    2004 - 2006 Integrated into a team of 2 others developers and 1 project leader, we was in charge of the development, tests, and integration following of the most important product of the company (DMC : Device Management Centre).
    Work done into the team allowed me to deals with almost all issues we can have during development processes (persistence, asynchronism, design, multi-threading, performances, ergonomic, integration, monitoring).

  • OOSphère (renamed Oévo) - Developer to Analyst

    2001 - 2004 Integrated in a motivated and very active in front of new Open-Sources technologies

    Analyst programmer
    Mission at Sicap France (May 2003 - September 2003)
    - Realisation of mobile devices setting application (WAP,MMS,Internet, E-mail).
    - Customisation of standard Sicap application to match customer needs.
    - Environment : Java (JDOM, Xerces, J2SE) - JSP - HTML - IDEA

    Analyst programmer
    Mission at MONECAM (February 2003 - Mars 2003)
    - Framework realisation based on struts 1.1 beta (Exception personalization, Access rights management, personalized tags libraries, struts plug-ins...) extension and personalization of Struts Classes matching customer needs.
    - Analyse and realisation of bank repository management software

    Programmer
    Mission at ABEL (September 2001 - Juily 2002)
    - Mission of 9 months to produce (in collaboration with an analysts team) a web application to manage goods of a big energetic French group (JSP, tomcat, Apache).
    - I had to join for 4 months a development team in Morocco to help them to finish in time the mission.
