“GT Fixed Income Partners, LLC” is a private investment management firm, subsidiary of “Amphor Venture Partners, LLC”, managing fixed income portfolios for growth, income and wealth preservation and provide access to investment grade corporate debt for our clients, either directly or through our managed fund. Our clients actuate our services through investment in our Fund or through a separate account that is tailored to meet the client's diversification and investment objectives.

We seek to be value-added, but not intrusive investors, recognizing that partnering with experienced investors is the best strategic decision we can make. Every relationship is unique and so is the solution.
- Investment Strategies
Our strategy utilizes corporate debt securities, debt of foreign governments or corporations and high yield corporate bonds. Under normal market conditions, we acquire corporate debt securities with original maturities of more than one year. Our fixed income acquisitions focus primarily on investment grade securities, but may include below investment grade securities that meet our risk and investment objectives.
In selecting securities for investment, we identify securities which entail reasonable credit risk considered in relation to our investment policies. We emphasize issuers we believe will remain financially sound and perform well in a range of market conditions. Investments are made based on a number of factors such as the financial strength, operating history, earnings potential and management.
