    2013 - 2014 R&D on atomic-layer downstream etching.
    Atomic-layer downstream etching (ALDE) technology enables a new class of plasma-based etching and stripping processes that will be used at the 14nm technology node and beyond.
    ALDE processing enables selectivity and etching rate to be controlled independently, achieving virtually infinite selectivity at high throughput. This is a great improvement over conventional plasma processes, which must strike a compromising balance and keep selectivity below 50:1 to attain an acceptable etching rate.

    2006 - 2009 Etude des films de nitrure de silicium fortement contraints utilisés pour augmenter les performances des transistors CMOS. Le canal est contraint, ce qui augmente la mobilité des porteurs de charges.
    Caractérisations, études et modélisations des propriétés physiques, chimiques et mécaniques de films minces contraints en fonction des traitements plasma ou UV appliqués pour augmenter les contraintes.
