  I have been working as a headhunter and later on as a team leader for almost 5 years within the organization. Through the years, I have been proud to be part of the company growth and to witness how Enginium became a top headhunting office specialized in engineers.

  2007 - 2009 Ebbinge is a recruitment and selection company active in private equity, entrepreneurial SME and consulting professionals. Ebbinge values transparency, sincerity and honesty in the provision of advice to candidates and clients.
  
  I was lucky to start my career within the Belgian campus team. We focused on career counseling to last-year top students as well as on recruitment and selection of extremely talented graduates in order to bring them in contact with leading companies. As a campus consultant, I monitored more than 400 high potentials a year, managed about 30 student recruiters working on the campuses and serviced about 10 clients, mostly in the financial/insurance industry.
