Alcatel-Lucent 2G - Huawei 2G (GSM-DCS) / 3G (U900-U2100) HSPA+DC / 4G (Band 3-20)
- RF Quality Improvement (Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility, Integrity, and Throughput). ;
- Network performance KPI 2G/3G/4G BSC/RNC Level Performance, Cluster Level Performance,
Cell Level Performance, Worst Cell List.
- Monitoring, Identification of hardware problems. ;
- 2G/3G Radio network parameter optimization and mobility strategy negotiation with the vendor. ;
- Verification of all kind of declaration for cell level such as CN, external 2G/3G/4G... ;
- Optimization of all kind of neighboring declaration and inter band/system strategy. ;
- Optimization of network design 2G/3G/4G (HBA, Tilt, azimuth...), with making simulation, drive
test and site visit.
- Planning, optimization and validation for the indoor solutions: DAS, Lampsite, microcell. ;
- Identification, Planning and validation of the network extensions related to coverage: adding new
site, deploying new layer or new solution 2G/3G/4G.
- Capacity planning and dimensioning (resource 2G/3G/4G).
- Preparing the engineering parameters for new cell integration and monitoring the execution
2G/3G/4G.
- Perform and analyze measurements of RF quality indoor and outdoor (Drive Test).
- Perform and analyze measurements of the network spectrum (Scanner and Analyzer) mainly for
the localization of the external interference.
- Perform and analyze drive test for Benchmarking between Tunisie Telecom and competitor.
- Perform, analyze and reporting drive test acceptance SSV and CV.
- VIP treatment and reporting of claims: reporting radio situation using drive test or trace. Design
and implement the solution.
- Collaboration with various teams within TT (Maintenance, Deployment, Transport, NOC...)
- Collaboration with different companies: Government Company of Homologation, National
Agency of Frequency, different vendors and contractors, competitor (RAN Sharing/Site Sharing).
- Validation the swap 2G from ALCATEL to Huawei.
