- Specification of customer needs, both pre-sales and post-sales
Additionally:
- member of a special team responsible of technical crisis management, in emergency mode, answering to customer crisis worldwide, when a high level of expertise is requested to solve the problems.
- designed and developed a tool to generate web-based reports of a customer Dalet's site configuration.
