Responsibility :
Welding QA/QC in charge of PIPING and POMP Stations (MECHANICAL, welding, PWHT, hydrostatic test, pneumatic test)at SAMSUNG ENGENEERING
*Material Inspections
*Control of drawings ;
*Followed mechanical assembly.
*Followed welding.
*Verify the availability and adequacy of the material and drawing
*Follow-up and preparation of the all tests for Pipe lines.
*Preparation of the documents for hydrostatic, pneumatic test for installed pipe lines and follow-up off the good progress of the tests.
* Solve the cases of no-conformity
QA/QC piping in charge of the pipelines (mechanical, welding, testing)
*Matériel Inspections.
* *Control of drawings, isometrics and P&ID.
*controls diagrams and isometrics, specifications... etic
*Supervising construction and the erection, NDE, as well as the hydrostatic tests and tires that is above and under-ground piping.
*Preparation of the reports for the customer or the subcontractors. ;
