En résumé

Chugulu Boss from 2006 to 2014, I've gathered many talented people to create exciting mobile games and online advergames. Working with the biggest french media groups, we've co-produced iOS quiz games such as Les 12 Coups de Midi, Sport Quiz, Télé 7 Jeux, Playboy Spots.... while we also developed our owned line-up including TriviaTunes (formerly known as Blindtest in France), Rolling Jump, Nano War and last but not least, Music Mania.

Despite all the efforts and commitments brought to this fantastic adventure, we've struggled to manage successfully the freemium tsunami, empowering users to spend most of their times on World-Class-Almost-Free games, constantly decreasing conversion rates and life-time values.
As many other development studios, we've been taken by this gigantic wave.

Since a couple of months, I'm now a freelance consultant in Digital Strategy, specialized in :
- User Acquisition strategies for both online and mobile services.
- Mobile User eXperience & User Interface.
Beyond that, I believe to be quite helpful in all digital marketing fields.
