I coordinate the execution of all the studies (internal and external) for the reinforcement of the water systems and structures (production, distribution, instrumentation, regulation...) exploited by the SEEG in Gabon.
I provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or exploitation of water systems for all the Gabon. I head à staff of eight project engineers.
I participate to planning structural investment in water development schemes of Gabon cities with the Top Management.
I give frequently my advices at the top management of the society and at the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy about planning investment to improve water systems exploited by SEEG in Gabon
I frequently communicate with people outside the organization, representing the organization to the public government (Ministry of Petroleum and Energy) and other external sources. I represent my society at Shangaï in June 2012 to validate the compliance with standards of ductile iron pipelines (1200 mm and 40 km) ordered by the government to Chinese builder (a contract of 90 000 000 EUR ).
I recently participle to a project team to write prescription notebook about realization of a new water treatment unit processes, Ntoum 7 for produce 140 000 m3/j of water for Libreville.
During the last year I have assured four times the interim of my supervisor, the Manager of Technical Direction of the society. It consists to the coordination of activities of all the manager of the 6 Department of Technical Direction (Central Laboratory, Electrical projects of production and distribution, Water system projects, SIG and cartography, Metrology, Normalization). During these interim I was directly under the authority of Chairman of the Society.

2008 - 2011During this period I manage staff members (25 workers class and 5 technician) for operations of exploitation and maintenance of Libreville water supply network and structures in respect to security and environment norms.
I was in the charge exploit, update, maintain to the SCADA HMI software for the management of water system of Libreville.
I given frequently my advices and projects at the top management of the society about water supply difficulties at Libreville and manage a task force in charge to propose an investment plan and budget to improve the quality service of water supply. Actually, a lot of my proposition and recommendation were executed.

I was in charge to manage a staff of one engineer and five technicians for the supervision of water production and distribution process by the SCADA HMI software of Libreville water system.
The optimization of cost production and reduction of loss in respect to security and environment norms was our main mission.
By a good placement of hydraulic machines and technique of research and localization of water leak we permit at the society to improve its gain.

I was in charge to manage entirely the project of instrumentation and control of the water system of Libreville and the water treatment unit processes of Ntoum ¾ (50 000 m3/j). I have successfuly reach this target.

1999 - 2002Physic modeling of several water networks of main cities of Gabon (Libreville, Moanda, Tchibanga etc...) : I was in charge to construct, update, maintain, and calibrate steady-state as well as transient hydraulic models of the water network using the art hydraulics modeling software (by the logiciel Water Cad build by Bentley).
Diagnostic of water and hydraulic systems and proposition of works for improvement or optimization
Local measurements and instrumentation for analyzing hydraulics systems and propose solutions to the exploitation personal
Compute load and grade requirements, water flow rates, or material stress factors to determine design specifications.
My main project during this period was to participle at the task force (six engineers) in charge to elaborate the Water Development Scheme of Libreville
