Effectively supervise the operation of the drivers and transporters leagues.

Developing and agreeing vehicles replacement plans with transporters and following up its implementation.

Conduct periodic inspection of vehicles to ensure conformance to operating standards.

Support Contractors to develop systems to manage road transport business.

Studied the risk based systems, Installed and managed processes that should be in place to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the terminal. It covers the need for full supporting documentation, for example operating manuals, drawings and maintenance records for the facility and its equipment, copies of relevant legislation, and codes of practice. It also deals with the need for a clear, documented definition of the requirements for ship and berth compatibility.

Management of Safety and Emergencies on the Terminal: Planning, Supervising and execution of hazardous work, following the principles set out in the International Safety Management (ISM) Code.
