  -conduct the induction for the visitors and the new employers.
  -coordinating with company management in formulating the safety, health and environment plan in line with company policy.
  -Collecting and compiling HSE performances during site visit and communicating findings to the site employees, Line management and sub contractors.
  -Conducting HSE meeting for all subcontractors in site.
  -Planning and monitoring the works permit system implementation & ensure that the performance is under the system
  -Providing safety and fire fighting training with emergency evacuation procedure.
