After graduating a Bachelor of environmental science at the University of Sunshine Coast in Australia, I decided to carry on my carrer in the Packaging world by studying at ESEPAC near Puy en Velay (France).
Within this sector, there is always an opportunity for quality improvement and environmental performance. I enjoy the synergy of science, negotiation, development, and team work it requires to drive a line or product in the packaging industry.
Since the beginning of my aventure with Royal Canin, what I like the most is the work and interaction within multiple departments: stakeholders, factories, suppliers and the lab technicians on a project. The best reward is to see a project through from the beginning until the end.
Thus at work I am motivated to be in the fields and driven to accomplish diverse tasks. This is another reason I decided to become a Packaging Development Engineer.
