- Caco-Gazela : 1 wellhead platform & Brownfield Drilling/Hook-up
- Drilling-Production SIMOPS with Jack-up Rig

- Completion of Front End Engineering Design Q2/2013
- Completion of SIMOPS & hook-up of GAZ-101 well

In charge of all Operations on Block 3 Oil field :
- Oil production : 70.000 bopd (BSW = 50%)
- Power Generation : 100 MW, Gas Lift : 1Sm³/d, Water Injection 70km³/d
- 14 production platforms & one FSO 2MMbbls / area 30 x 15 kms
- PoB : 300 permanent crew, 200 for refurbishment/painting campaign and 200 during Drilling operations (tender barge)
Key achievements :
- Safety : 637 days w/o LTI & TRIr = 2.9 on 31-Dec-2010; 1002 days w/o LTI & TRIr = 2.3 on 31-Dec-2011
- Production : reduction by 50% of Unplanned Surface Production losses in 2010/11 compared to 2008/2009 (now ± 1,3%)
- Environment : decreased Oil in Water (disposed produced water) content by 27% w/o investments in new equipment/technology
- Oil export quality : salinity reduced by 37% in 2010/11 compared to 2008/2009
- Organization & Reporting : implementation of efficient reporting tools/dashboards & management techniques, cost reduction & offshore reorganization

In charge of Asset Integrity, Maintenance, Inspection & Painting activities of Offshore Installations.
Main figures : 120.000 boepd (85% gas with 2% H2S), 200 MMSCFD Gas Lift/Gas Injection, 20 platforms, 32 sealines, etc.
Budget : Maintenance/Inspection Opex = 20M$, Capex 5-15M$
Activities : Definition of Maintenance/Inspection Strategies (Turbo-machines, Structures, Pipelines, etc.), Support to & Control of Offshore Maintenance teams, Onshore Methods, Turbines & centrifugal compressors overhauls preparation, RBI implementation, CMMS (SAP PM) management, Contracts Management.
Equipment : Turbo-compressors (Rolls-Royce RB-211/RT-56 - 25MW, 3 x GE/Nuovo Pignone PGT-10 – 3x12MW), Turbo-generators (3 Siemens Cyclones – 12MW), Honeywell Control Systems, Triconex
Key achievements :
- Developing Asset Integrity concept in the affiliate to hand-over mid-2009 to a dedicated Asset Integrity Manager reporting to the General Manager
- Creation & Implementation of a Valves Management System
- 3rd turbo-generator Commissioning & new Control Room project
- Turbo-compressors availability : 10 years historical record in 2008
- GRC Project : increase performance of Gas Recovery Compressor by 10% by redesign with GE Thermodyn

Activities :
- Contracts Management : Field Maintenance General Contract (80-100 pax) & FSO Operations & Maintenance Contract (30 pax)
- Support to & Control of Offshore Maintenance teams
- Onshore Methods, Rotating Machines overhauls preparation, CMMS (SAP) management
Key achievements :
- Reduction of unplanned production losses due to Turbo-generators shutdowns
- Reinstatement of facilities in general (Turbines, Pumps, instruments, pressure vessels, PSVs, Safety Equipment, etc.)
- Smooth transfer of Operations to Angolan National Oil Company SONANGOL in Jul-2005

In charge of the SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module in a Global SAP implementation Project (all TOTAL affiliates worldwide & all Oil & Gas business related modules such as Finance, Purchasing-Stock-Contracts, etc.)
Activities : Representing the Maintenance/Inspection trade within the Project, Business Process survey & reengineering (inc. Business workshops), customization & bespoke specifications, System testing, Planning & follow-up. Selection of consultants for roll-out phase (Accenture & PriceWaterhouseCoopers)
Key achievements :
- Creation of the PM module Template for TOTAL affiliates worldwide
- Good coordination with Finance & Stocks-Purchasing-Contracts
- Roll-out implementation of the SAP Template in all major TOTAL EP affiliates
