2008 - 2008- Coordination and implementation of the Food & Beverage guidelines throughout the tournament while liaising with the venue concessions coordinators
- Development, together with the stadium concessionaires, of an adequate staff training programme
- Liaise with different division of EURO 2008 SA/UEFA in order to develop and implement the F&B concessions programme (signage, accreditation, security, technicians)
- Liaise with UEFA commercial division with regards to all aspects of the F&B concessions partners (Coca-Cola, Carlsberg, Ferrero)
- Liaise with security internal departments for all relevant matters
- Ensure consistency between all stadium concessionaires sales data systems and implementation of procedures for the distribution of such data during the tournament period
- Inform and develop together with Venue Managers the F&B products and equipment deliveries plan for all the 8 venues
