Ayant travaillé dans les secteurs de recherche publics et privés, et toujours sur des sujets différents, mes compétences scientifiques et techniques sont aujourd'hui assez larges.
Je suis également bilingue en anglais ce qui me permet de communiquer aisément à l'international avec les collaborateurs.

    - Setting up the CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing technique to study the role of oncogenes in the transformation of chronic myeloproliferative neoplasm to acute myeloid leukaemia.
    - Training of new staff members.
    - Improvement of the mouse database.

    Technical skills:
    DNA extraction, PCR, cell culture, cell staining and flow cytometry, blood smears and slide staining, cloning, virus production, purification, concentration and transfection, animal handling (IV, IP, SC and OG injections, retro-orbital bleeding, bone marrow transplantation, evaluation of health status, ear tagging/punching).
