    2006 - maintenant Chateau Potelle Winery is a Premium Winery of The Napa Valley.
    Situated in the Mount Veeder area, the winery got is own vineyard and produce different Wines:
    Chardonnay VGS, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel...

    The winery is also used to produce some wine with grapes coming from Paso Robles. The main variety are: Zinfandel, Syrah, Mourverdre and Cinsault.
    Such wine are well known under the label: Gravity Hills.

    As Enologist, the responsabilities are:
    -Following the grapes and the wine during all the Winemaking process. That means, taking some samples, doing the chemical analysis, recording the results.
    - Analysing the results, doing the tastings, recording the results, make the work orders and proceding to the "tuning"
    -Following the inventory of the dry goods
  • InterContinental Paris Le grand Hotel - Purchaser

    2005 - 2006 InterContinental Paris Le Grand is a Ultra Premium Hotel in Paris. It is situated on the Opera Place. The Building is classified in the French Patrimony.

    There is also, in the same Company the famous " Cafe de la Paix". Very prestigious restaurant in front of The Opera Garnier.

    Purchaser for both: the hotel and the Restaurant.
    In charge of differents portfolio:
    Maintenance, Food and Beverage, Wine and Spirit, I.T., and other indirect costs.

    I was also in charge of the following of the contracts, their managements and the relationship with the suppliers.
