Managing the production and releasing of Annual Report and Legal Reporting of Funds/GPs:
- Coordinating Annual Report production (60+ Entities) with the production team (insuring quality review)
- Coordinating the Audit
- Deal with different Accounting Principles (US GAAP, IFRS and LUX GAAP)
- Deal with different Legal Structures (SIFs, UCITS or Cayman’s Master-Feeder with Limited partnerships)
- Deal with different Asset Classes (Fixed Income, Equities, Real Estate, Private Equity, etc.)
- Deal with timelines for Monthly, Quarterly, Semi Annually and Annual Reporting for Regulators/State entities.
Managing the accounting of the branch:
- Switching from external accounting system to Internal one
- Coordinating all the accounting entries,
- Reconcile on a monthly basis the intercompany accounts with more than 10 other entities
Other tasks:
- Deal with taxes report for Funds/GPs
- Support accounting teams on specific valuation issues, cash flow path model etc.
