As such, it's heritage is intertwined with that of the Loire Region, where this elegant chateau is located. Ten years ago, Chateau de la Barre opened it's doors to welcoming guests from around the world, to experience the gracious living of the French aristocracy during customised stays, including sightseeing of the famous Loire Valley castles, the medieval Plantagenet city of Le Mans, Loire Valley wineries, farmers markets, romantic gardens etc
