  • ISF - Engineer Without Borders - GIS Expert

    2012 - maintenant Giving guidelines to Engineer Without Borders (ISF) on how to make use of a GIS for waste management in several countries in Africa:


    - As part of the project to support the management of household waste in Fianarantsoa, ISF supports the urban municipality to find sustainable solutions to the sanitation of the city. Several initiatives are underway such as inventory and diagnosis to map the elements to define a strategy for waste management. My work consist in giving support to the ISF team concerning any GIS issues and helping in implementing a GIS section in Fianarantsoa.



    - Implementation of a GIS expertise as part of developing a strategic plan for municipal waste management (PSGDM) of the common N'Djili – Kinshasa.
  • RENECO for Wildlife - International GIS Coordinator/Administrator

    2010 - 2012 The main tasks are:
    - Conception and Implementation of a Multi-Users database commune to both ECWP (Morocco)
    & NARC (Abu Dhabi) GIS sections;
    - Coordination of both GIS sections and their GIS engineers;
    - Manage the database of the geographical ECWP (upgrade, integration, creation and updating);
    - Research: role of GIS and Remote Sensing for Birds and its Environment Management - Spatial Analysis, Creation of new VI for biomass assessment, modeling of birds movement, etc.
    - Classification of aerial photographs / satellite;
    - Ensure data consistency and processing for analysis and cartographic design;
    - Semi-Automated Production of Cartographic documents;
    - Training and assistance for internal users (technicians, researchers, students ...);
