Consolidation of experience acquired by working for SAP since 1995: I have been and I have large experience in business development in particular dealing with SAP environment,
- Drive & support customers (domestic and international) in mapping standard and optimized HCM processes,
- Impact and return of investment measurement to match customer strategy,
- Generation of new license sales revenue align with target and market potential
- Defining appropriate go-to-market with HCM value proposition, marketing campaign and sales support
- Promote HCM offer to marketplace, installed base (SAP customers), partner and SAP ERP sales
- Definition of the operational hand-over processes
- Definition of the compliance regarding legal changes during Product life cycle
- Partners support for project implementation
Based on this strong experience, I have developed capabilities to adapt SAP HCM for specific markets requirements. I have been in charge to adapt our global products for the French market.
I have carried out these missions closely from customers and partners perspectives, by providing a mixed skill IT and HCM. I also acted as a leader for the user group commissions which bring me a deep insight on customer’s requirements and new project.
