  ATR industrialisation .The original company had just been bought by the Daher Group, a new production strategy had been decided. So I worked on the new workshop’s specifications according to the new demands and means. I also optimized the quality control system and production follow-up.
  Project follow-up : Interface between subcontractor and customer about injection moulding and dry lay-up equipments fabrication according to the customer’s specifications.
  Production follow-up : Setting up of a fabrication follow-up folder.
  Productivity : Study of human and equipment needs to the work pace increasing .

  Lay-up industrialisation. The A380 production was on improvement stage after the beginning of the production. I worked on the quality and the productivity optimization to be ready for the series production.
  Quality : Equipment document bundle check. Study and execution of an equipment modification folder in technology modification aim.
  Productivity : Woven fibres cut automation and instruction cards editing. Dry lay-up equipments optimization.
  Flows management : Implantation.
