- création d'outils d'aide à la décision (SAP R3)
- mise en place de guide line permettant l'adaptation au nouveau ERP
- Responsable de l'import & export (relations avec le transitaire, les fournisseurs et la douane)
- Mise en place de KPI (Order desk follow up, optimisation des coûts liés à la Supply, Slow moving stock,..)
- Mise à jour des procédures liées à la supply
- Procurement officer (PO, follow up, GR/IR, goods and Pos, stock transfer from non bonded to bonded) - Sales planner (responsible of the consolidation of the whole customer forecasts Morocco and export)
- SCM Controller (Reporting and dashboards for Dubai & Netherlands) - Order desk follow up (KPI : from the receipt of the order until the delivery, process in place) - Responsible of all export (all countries, packing list, physical loading, customs, clearance and documentation…)
- Responsible of the ICS related to the SCM. - Owner of the process related to the SCM and export.
- Responsible of the optimization of the SCM (cost saving, excess stock, aging stock…)
