    • Exceeded my sales targets by more than 50% and introduced a number of value added services which enabled the company to not only further grow their business but greatly improve customer retention.
    • Successfully sourced, interviewed and placed a team of engineers in project development requirements to implement solutions at client sites.
    • An excellent track record of high achievement having always exceeded budget.
    • Successfully revamped the Gulf Sales division to streamline efficiencies and improve work processes and productivity. This included upgrading training, introduction of value added services, hiring of new talent, and development of niche markets and implementation of winning strategies to meet the ever-changing market environment.

    • Managed and created the first SMS with news and alerts in the North Africa in a joint venture between Reuters and one of the largest telecom operators in Morocco.
    • Was instrumental in securing new contracts with leading North African TV stations and telecommunication companies.
    • Implemented and developed new products such as VAS for telecom operators in the Middle East.
    • Successfully revamped the account receivable procedures and was able to put the outstanding debt portfolio on an even platform.
    • Introduced a more comprehensive branding and re-imaging strategy that enabled Reuters to secure market share that was previously held by the competition.

    2006 - 2007 Established and set up Active Loop Television branch office in the Middle East based in Dubai, as well as managing the whole company operations in the region, sales, project management, P&L management, and recruiting a multitask team.

    Secured deals and partnerships with MENA telecoms and gateways as well as some of the largest televisions and production companies in the region exceeding business plan expectation, I am also managing interactive TV projects in joint venture with local and pan Arab television station, thus adding new revenue streams to broadcasters, delivering cost effective interactive TV formats enabling broadcasters to air viewer-generated content through SMS, MMS, AND IVR as well as mobile value added services. Developed new VAS services to the Middle East market such as content for mobile TV.
