  * Participate in Regulatory, Operator and Internal QHSE audits
  * Participation in local HSE groups, to include operators, government and other drilling contractors
  * Responsible for adherence to company guidelines ;
  * Ensure rig complies with GWDC requirements ;
  * Maintaining and updating Rig evacuation plans, procedures and measures
  * Provide information to Management on accidents/incidents in a timely manner according to established plan.
  NDIL and Operator procedures
  * Oversee implementation of SMART program on rig-site ;
  * Monitor/chair/participate in regularly scheduled HSE meetings held at rigs and camps
  * Oversee implementation of operational systems and procedures to include but not be limited to: Permit to Work System, Lock-Out/Tag-Out System, Hazardous Chemical -MSDS, PPE System, HLO, H2S
  Awareness, Benchmarking, NOWA and other required training activities
  * Monitor readiness/response to emergency situations through regularly held and documented drills
  * Execution/Reviewing/Monitoring of required QHSE inspection for rigs and camps, reporting findings to the Rig Manager
  * Maintenance of the Corrective Action Register for non-compliance items arising from meetings and inspections
  * Maintenance of the Lifting & Slings Registers and Inspection Program

• OIL AND GAZ - HSE supervisor

  2013 - maintenant Occupation or position held HSE supervisor in the life camp, CPF site.
  Main activities and responsibilities Charged in safety supervision in construction site insure the safety of manpower environment, machines and warehouses, security coordination between various companies charging of applying measures of security in the life camp by managing security guards. Responsible of the Health, Safety, Environmental follow up and increasing the HSE service quality, set the General Recycling Culture and protecting the environment. Work to have a safe and 0 incident workplace.
  * Investigate all injuries and property damage incident and accidents.
  * Inspect work areas for safety compliance use accident analysis to determine trends and unsafe activities.
  * Conduct safety induction, Co-ordinates, executes planned safety training and awareness program.
  * Conduct safety audits, safety inspection. ;
  * Schedule HSE training program for all employees. ;
  * Review safety performance statistics and initials actions for improvement with the approval of the Area and Regional Management.
  * Conduct and carry out incident- accident investigation.
  * Entering the Stop Cards on system and keep its records.
  * Keep Record of Injuries, property damages, Fire. ;
  * Accident incident investigation and reporting. ;
  * Safety audit on site, instruction and training the company staff. ;
  * Daily inspection of crane and scaffolding. ;
  * Make monthly inspection of moving equipments and fire extinguisher, ladder etc.
  * Closely observation to make sure that first aid welfare facility properly maintained.
  * Equipments are provided and properly worn. ;
  * Strictly implementation of better housekeeping for the job site.
  * Manage and control the facility recycling and waste management procedures and process
  * Represent the company with local and national health, safety and environment bodies.
