As a business intelligence technical and functional expert of the group, my scope of actions extends over all the life cycle of a B.I. project starting from gathering requirements, designing, modeling, developing and testing to sending deliverables and covering all business lines. Besides working within projects, my second assignment for those positions involves providing support to all the departments of the company, Internal users, managers, directors, project committee, credit committee and responding to external entity requests and claims like (government institutions, auditors, ...).
► Inside IT and information system department, I’ve been:
• Studying, designing and developing commercial, financial and management reports & statements

• Working closely with directors and senior managers to help them to identify KPI’s and data-driven decisions.
• Established a strategy of notifications to reduce operational time for gathering data from the system.
• Assisting users to respect the requirements for process execution and to ensure data quality in the systems.
• Provided on-site users training (i.e.: Cameroun, Tanzania, Zambia, Kenya) and on-line support.
