  -Maintain system capability by testing computer components.
  -Prepare reference for users by writing operating instructions.

  2013 - 2015 -The main mission was to identify and establish new business,the following tasks and missions was a daily goals to achieve :
  -I used to Work on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required for different CRM systems and related hardwares for new call centers, small and medium Business.
  -Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
  -Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
  -Preparing tenders, proposals .
  Compony description :
  P2C was a precious experience , despite the fact that It’s a small and new compony but goals and objectives were very high and realizable, i was lucky to contribute and shape it’s name , my experience in P2C brought me alot of technical and commercial knowledge . being one of this group helped me improve my skills regarding my job as a technical sales engineer.
