• Evaluate the weight of issue on security program and made corrective action as needed.
• Ensure rigorous monitoring of expatriate work permit, and ensure that records are up to date (employment contract, work permit, residence).
• Establishment of purchase orders following to the company policies
• Primarily follow up contact towards external authorities (police, social security, labor office, employment authority).
• Labor disputes management.
• Ensure fuel supplies.
• Follow-up with suppliers and handle contracts’ renewal.
• Coordinate all medical activities/services toward the current Medical Company concerning the annual health control.

• Coordinating HR policies and processes and ensure they are in alignment with the HO.
• Ensuring the insurance enrolment, solving employee’s issues, updating the HR system, coordinating with other departments preparing monthly reports, Timesheet and dashboard.
• Give general administrative assistance to the expatriate.
• Deliver, receive and follow-up on official documents.
• Prepare the work certificate and work contract.
