  o Common sourcing: Support Common sourcing for worldwide project with JVs in China
  o Asian sourcing: Manage Asian sourcing for Parts from China to PSA's Global plants

• PSA Peugeot Citroen Group - Asia Business Unit - Production Purchasing Manager

  2013 - 2016 Managing a team with 4 buyers for serial parts in all perimeters.
  
  Common sourcing: worldwide project with JVs in China:
  o Initialize the communication with different stakeholders including headquarter in Europe and 2 JVs in China to identifier opportunities of common sourcing and synergy effect
  o Lead the cooperation between 2 JVs in China and function as a bridge in between them
  o Engage on the internal and external negotiation to maximize the global interest.
  o Work closely with quality and engineering colleagues, support QCDP and PPAP process Work and act as main contact for all commercial issues towards suppliers
  
  Asian sourcing: PSA project alone :
  o Sourcing Parts from China to PSA's Global plants (Europe, Russia, South America, Africa, Iran, etc.)
  o Manage the administration process and commercial negotiation (e.g. Supplier identification, Supplier Registration, Cofor application, Purchasing Order creation and validation, Price updating in system, purchasing contract, annual productivity, etc.)
  o Manage supplier risk and relationship: Engagement on financial risk analysis, quality failure, delivery risk, additional cost negotiation, etc.
  
  New plant project preparation (Malaysia, Indonesia, Morocco):
  o Identifier part localization opportunities and potential local suppliers
  o Analyze the sourcing cost and special local need
  o Define the sourcing strategy and prepare the sourcing map across regions

• PSA Peugeot Citroen Group - Asia Business Unit - Production Purchasing officer

  2012 - 2013 Industrial Equipment Purchasing: source from Asia to Europe :
  o Manage industrial equipment (Tooling and Jigs) sourcing RFQ
  o Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure the project planning, quality and delivery
  o Maintain the supplier panel and manage supplier relationship
  
  R&D technical center material purchasing :
  o Manage material sourcing RFQ, such as Testing Equipment
  
  R&D Center Engineering outsourcing service purchasing (from head count charge to whole Package fee):
  o Work closely with technical team to define the technical specification based on package
  o Communicate and negotiate with suppliers for package solution
  o Transform the purchasing strategy from head count charge per hourly rate to package charge

• Tech-Valves Industries (French SME in Valve industry) - China Project Manager

  2009 - 2012 China Project Manager: Manage the project through RFQ, Production, Delivery, etc.
  o Manage supplier chain: Identify and qualify new suppliers, build up and maintain supplier panel
  o Manage RFQ: work closely with suppliers in China, headquarter in France and customers for both technical and commercial issues.
  o Follow-up project: responsible for contract negotiation, technical specifications, planning, production plans, control plans, delivery and customs clearance management, etc.
  o Provide After-sales service: technical support and maintenance service to customers in Asia
  o Maintain the customer portfolio and engage on expanding company business with potential customers
