    MASSY 2012 - maintenant My Goals:
    1-Customer: I'm accountable to ensure that the contract is fulfilled to the satisfaction of the customer.
    2-Ericsson: During the project execution I'm the lead person for Business Generation and Add-On Sales.

    How To do it:
    Ericsson Business Process is the most powerful framework that the PM can use to reach these goals.

    What I did:
    I have successfully managed Ericsson turnkey projects, ranging from HW installation to complex service delivery like Packet Core as well as VAS platforms; supporting key customer deliverables to the highest customer satisfaction, while driving Cost, Quality, and Timeliness.

    Which Roles Can I Do:
    As Ericsson PM, I'm playing two roles:
    1- CFR (Sales phase) : during this phase I'm directing the opportunity (with Core3 team) based on Sales Process (SDPs)
    2- CPM (Execution phase): during this phase I'm managing the project through PROPS-C Model (TGs)

    Paris 2009 - 2012 - Responsible for the successful scheduling, tracking, and implementation of complex projects.
    - Accountable for planning, prioritizing and executing a project by working with matrixed project team (technical, business, marketing...)
