· Reconciled the objectives between the energy field performance and the budget allocated for the project in order to propose the best compromise for the client.
· Represented the client's interests and ensured that the project aims were met.
· Authorized and validated the project`s guidelines and policies.
· Gained autonomy throughout the scope of project`s managing from the first sketches of the
architect until the building`s opening.
· Supervised the monitoring of sub-contractors working on the projects regarding all aspects of
energy.
o Research Experience And Skills :
· Optimized the conception of the building to minimize its energy consumption and carbon footprint.
Involved in fields of: glass characteristics, choices of materials, insulations features, selection of the HAVC systems, recourses of renewable energies.
· Audited existing buildings and produced reports on potential enhancements by mastering all
aspects of the budget.
· Undertook feasibility studies intended to determine whether the use of renewable energy is useful.
· Realized thermal simulation studies on buildings in order to determine the consumption of the
different sources of energy.
· Conducted strong analysis about Day Light Factor and artificial light consumption using case
studies with multi-parameter variables.
